Our pricing offers fantastic value for money, and we haven't increased them for over three years!
Standard Booking Terms
Bookings for 3-6 nights will receive a discount of 5% on the standard unserviced prices
Full week bookings will receive a discount of 10% on the standard unserviced prices
Full week bookings must be Saturday to Saturday
Discounts do not apply to the Linen & Cleaning Pack
£50 booking deposit payable at time of booking

January, February, March, November & December
Standard Unserviced Booking = £115 per night
April, May, September & October
Standard Unserviced Booking = £125 per night
June & July (outside school summer holiday period)
Standard Unserviced Booking = £135 per night
July (during school summer holiday period) & August
Standard Unserviced Booking = £200 per night
Service & Cleaning
All standard bookings are unserviced, meaning you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, and clean the house yourself prior to departure.
Linen & Cleaning Pack - Includes use of all bed linen and towels, and full house cleaning post departure = £50 per booking
